Why do I need Google sign-in?

It keeps your journeys attached to an identity across devices and prevents quota bypass via local storage resets.

What counts as a “free reply”?

Each time the assistant generates a response to a message. The quota is enforced server-side per account.

Can I still type without signing in?

Yes. You can compose your first question. To receive the reply, you’ll be asked to sign in and your question will be resent automatically.

Is my data used for training?

This depends on the underlying model provider and deployment settings. Ask us to align on the right policy for your use case.
